1. Acceptance of Terms

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not use the Platform.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. qqq666 primarily serves players in the Philippines. You may not access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom (for unlicensed operators), Australia, France, and other restricted territories as determined by PAGCOR regulations.
• Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of qqq666 complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted only one (1) account with qqq666. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program, including PAGCOR's responsible gaming self-exclusion registry. If you have previously self-excluded from qqq666 or any other Philippine gaming operator, you may not create a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account).

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

qqq666 accepts deposits through multiple payment methods approved by PAGCOR, including GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major banks), online banking, and select cryptocurrency options (USDT, Bitcoin). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are credited to your account immediately for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within 15-30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to verification by the payment processor. 4.2 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and absence of any suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts, with funds typically arriving within 15 minutes for GCash/PayMaya and up to 2 business days for bank transfers.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

qqq666 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. This requirement applies to all deposit methods and is enforced to prevent qqq666 from being used as a money transfer service.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be immediately frozen and all funds confiscated pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus issuance) or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus, typically PHP 100 per spin/bet. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of winnings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the qqq666 platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqq666 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent bonus restrictions, self-exclusion, or other account limitations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, qqq666, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF WINNINGS, LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

qqq666 provides the platform and all games on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the platform.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. qqq666 is not responsible for your gaming decisions, losses incurred during play, or any negative financial, social, or emotional consequences resulting from your use of the platform. In no event shall qqq666's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account within the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, qqq666's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your qqq666 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

If you wish to self-exclude from online gaming for responsible gambling reasons, you may enroll in PAGCOR's self-exclusion program or request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from qqq666. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

10.2 Termination by qqq666

qqq666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of eligibility requirements (underage gambling, jurisdiction restrictions)
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, qqq666 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets or bonuses. If your account is closed for reasons other than Terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and chargebacks.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. qqq666 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PHP 200 per month for maintaining inactive accounts. If your account balance falls below PHP 200 due to inactivity fees, your account may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited. You will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and qqq666 regarding account activity, game outcomes, payments, or any other matter related to your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to qqq666 management by submitting a formal complaint in writing with a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation, and your requested resolution. qqq666 will investigate the complaint and respond within thirty (30) business days.

If you remain unsatisfied with qqq666's resolution, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Customer Relations Management Office (CRMO), which oversees dispute resolution for licensed Philippine gaming operators. PAGCOR's decision is final and binding.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against qqq666. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
